Terms and Conditions 

• Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia and inclusive of 10% service charge and 6% GST.

Payment Policy

• A holding booking fees of MYR5,000nett required upon purchase to enjoy credit cash point rebate upto RM2420
• RM10,000nett to be received within 7 days after booking to confirm the wedding date, site-inspection and to sign an confirmation agreement
• Full payment to be received 14days prior to the wedding day (can be discuss during the agreement signing)
• Any miscellaneous charges to be settled upon function ends by credit card or cash only.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation in excess of 5% of the original function space or Food & Beverage requirements, the following charges apply:

• Within 30 days, 50% of the total charges for space rental and food & beverage requirements
• Within 15 days, 75% of the total charges for space rental and food & beverage requirements
• Within 72 hours prior to each event, the total of all chnages for space rental, Food & Beverage requirements and techical equipment rental
