• After processing payment on Wedding.com.my, customers will receive an artwork draft according to the personalized details given 
• Artwork Draft will be e-mailed to the customer within 7 working days
• Customer will have to personally sign on the “Artwork Approval Form” before proceeding for production and printing
• Production will take up to 14 working days

Shipping

We ship all items by GDEX or an equivalent courier service, and a tracking number will be provided after payment and production of the item.

Kindly be informed of our shipping lead time below after payment is completed:

• West Malaysia (Peninsula Msia): 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) : 6 to 10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)
