How to Buy

•  Call or whatsapp Customer Service @ +016-771 5880 to check on  availability (provide us your wedding dates). 
•  Online payment of deposit as initial confirmation.
•  Pay remaining balance when meeting the photographers.

Terms & Conditions

• Clients is entitled for a one time service only.
•  Price quoted is based on the request(s) and requirement(s) of client's individually.
• Price stated in this quotation is strictly for client only as named in the quotation. Under no circumstances shall this quotation be circulated or use as reference by any other party.
• Prices stated will be valid for 60 days form the date of issuance. Momento reserved the rights to adjust the proce as quted after the time has lapsed.
• Should the client wish to make changes to the initial agreed photoshooting dates, Momento has to be informed 60 days ahead of the rescheduled date.
• Phoo products will be delivered within 30 to 60 days after the date of photo shoot / selection.
• Momento shall not be in any way be responsible of any safety, damages and or any other unforseen circumstance due to our standard working procedure. 
• Any lost of item(s) or damages inflicted or done to the outgoing rental of our item(s), the clients shall bear the cost incurred for repair or replacement. 
• In any event of loss of photos due to technical issues ir other unforseen circumstances, full amount of the package will be refunded to client withour interest within 7 days from the date of event.
• Upon confirmation of this quotation and or services as requested, client is required to pay deposit at least 1 month before the the date date of event and or appointment of a minimum of RM500 for wedding package and RM50 for portrait package. The balance of payment shall be settled by client within 7 days upon completion of job.
• Momento may use client's photos for competition, enhance marketing awareness and or other marketing involved purposes, unless client have objection upon confirmation.
• By executing this agreement and/or payment of deposit, client has agreed to the mentioned terms and conditions and also acknowledge that all terms and conditions are read and understood by client.
• Momento reserved the rights to amend and.or terminate any term(s) at any time without prior notice given to client.
