Our designs are also constantly expanding to cater to the style and likes of your toddlers and kids. We carry an array of sizes from newborn to 3 years, and for toddlers 1 to 12 years so be rest assured about finding the most comfortable size for your child. Shipping

We ship all items by GDEX or an equivalent courier service, and a tracking number will be provided after payment has been made.

Kindly be informed of our shipping lead time below after payment is completed:

• West Malaysia (Peninsula Msia): 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) : 6 to 10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

Terms & Conditions

We only accept returning of goods of the following conditions:

• Defective Products
• Yellow dots on the fabric
• More than 5% of loose threading on the garment

Returned goods and products will be checked together with the official invoice or receipt of purchase, and the goods should be in good condition. The packing of the goods should also be in its original condition and in the original shipping box or container as the condition of receiving the goods. Goods and products that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for any refunds or returns. LADS & LACE will not be responsible for any lost shipment during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the returned goods and products, customers will receive their refund within 3 working days after confirmation from our team.
