Care Instruction for Shell Pearl
If you take care of your pearl properly, it can last for a lifetime. The best way to care for your pearls is to wear them as often as possible, it is because our body natural oils keep pearls lustrous. However, it is important to keep the pearl away from chemical including lotion, makeup, hairspray and perfume. All these will make the pearl luster dull. It is good to put on your pearl after dressing up and take off your pearl when you come home. When you take off the pearl, remember to wipe them with clean soft cloth and place it in separate from other jewellery to avoid scratching the surface.

We ship all items by GDEX or an equivalent courier service, and a tracking number will be provided after payment has been made.

Thank you for shopping at Kelvin Gems. You may enjoy 7 days of observation period on all our products from the date of purchase. You may exchange the purchased product if you find any defects in the product, but please ensure the product is in its original condition and complete with original packaging. Workshops, classes, or courses are excluded from the exchange.

• All products sold by Kelvin Gems are entitled to 90 days warranty (worldwide or local) from the date of purchase.
• We will repair your jewelry free of charge within 90 days from the original purchase date if the damage was caused by shipping or due to normal wear and tear.
• We will pay all shipping cost if the damage was found during this period of time.
• Upon expiry of the 90-day warranty period, you will be offered with the most reliable and reasonably-priced-repair service. Please contact our Customer Service Department for an estimated cost of repairing your jewelry.
• Please contact our Customer Service Representative for a Return Authorisation Number and follow our simple product repair procedures.
• All products returned for any reason must be accompanied with a valid Return Authorization Number or we shall deny the return.
