Q: Can I apply for the program if I am not a Malaysian?
A: Yes. All mom/dad are welcomed to join the program.

Q: How much is the New Mom program fees?
A: The New Mom Gift Set is FREE. You only pay RM5.50 for shipping fee.

Q: How do I redeem the free gift(s)?
A: Follow the instructions in the page that you will receive after filling up your details.

Q: How long does it take to deliver my gift(s)?
A: 7 - 40 days once we have verified your application.

Q: If my estimated due date is on 31 Dec 2019, am I still entitled to join the New Mom
Program?
A: Yes.

Q: What if I'm not a first-time mom?
A: No problem. As long as your new baby is born within 2018/2019.

Q: When will my New Mom Member Card expires?
A: 2 months upon activation.

Q: How can I renew my New Mom Member Card?
A: Spend minimum RM100 on Motherhood.com.my and your card will be
auto-converted to full 1-year membership.
